Endodontist Eric Foss, DDS, MS

Dr. Eric M. Foss is a St. Louis native who attended St. Monica School and DeSmet Jesuit High School in Creve Coeur. For his undergraduate education Dr. Foss attended The Florida State University. Dr. Foss was inducted into the Florida Beta Chapter of Alpha Epsilon Delta – the pre-health honor society. While attending Florida State University, Dr. Foss worked in a molecular genetics laboratory, leading to the co-authorship of his first publication. Dr. Foss graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences in 2000. Upon graduating, Dr. Foss was hired as a research technician at The Washington University School of Medicine, leading to the co-authorship of his second publication.

Dr. Foss attended The University of Missouri – Kansas City – School of Dentistry. During his general dental training, Dr. Foss received many scholastic accolades including the student achievement award in Endodontics – awarded to him by the American Association of Endodontists, several merit based awards in recognition of his scholastic performance as well as his score on the national board examination. Dr. Foss was also inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the honor dental society. After graduating with honors from his general dental training in 2005, Dr. Foss was accepted into the Endodontic Specialty Training Residency at St. Louis University. Dr. Foss successfully completed his residency along with a Master of Science in Dentistry (Research) – Endodontics degree from St. Louis University in 2007.

Dr. Foss joined St. Louis County Endodontics in 2007, working under Dr. Harvey Lehrer and Dr. Edmond Rainey. Dr. Foss benefited from working with both of these excellent clinicians, each with 30+ years of experience.
